However, I have some critiques regarding the casino section of the hotel. Firstly, the staff in the casino seemed somewhat inattentive. I expected a bit more friendliness and helpfulness in terms of customer service. Additionally, the lack of a restaurant within the casino was noticeable. This can be inconvenient for those who spend a long time playing, as it necessitates leaving the area for food and drinks.
The other amenities of the hotel, particularly the spa and fitness center, were quite good. The meals in the restaurants were tasty, and the variety offered at breakfast was satisfying.
In conclusion, my stay at Hilton Podgorica Crna Gora was generally pleasing, but the casino experience could be improved. If the hotel management can enhance the service quality in the casino area, it could truly offer a perfect accommodation experience.
